The Tony Award-winning Signature Theatre continues to expand its SigWorks program by launching a free Musical Theater Director Workshop for Washington DC based directors from January 13 - 15, 2016. This intensive free workshop will be led by Signature Theatre's acclaimed artistic team: Artistic Director Eric Schaeffer (Broadway's Gigi, Million Dollar Quartet, Follies), Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner (Cabaret, Sunday in the Park with George) and Director of New Works Joe Calarco (Gypsy, Cake Off).

Having smashed the all time box office record at the Savoy Theatre and subsequently recouped, Kent's production originally opened at the Chichester Festival Theatre in October last year. Following a second set of five-star reviews, producers Michael Harrison and David Ian announced an extension to the West End run in April.
