Stages St. Louis Sets Casts for 2015 Season

STAGES St. Louis has announced casting for its exhilarating 29th season: Smokey Joe's Cafe, Anything Goes, and The Full Monty. This season's exceptional talent voyages through songs and stories of diverse relationships, the bonds of friendship, and strength found in community. STAGES also announces the cast for its Theatre for Young Audiences production, the purrrrr-fect family classic, Disney's The Aristocats. All season and single tickets are on sale now.

West End's GYPSY Extends Booking Period

Jonathan Kent's critically acclaimed production of Gypsy starring Imelda Staunton as the indomitable Rose today announces an extension to the run at the Savoy Theatre with booking now to 28 November 2015. Kent's production originally opened at the Chichester Festival Theatre in October last year with the West End transfer opening last week when the production received a second set of five star reviews.

Jason Tam, Ed Dixon, Lee Harrington & More Set for Sharon Playhouse's 2015 Season

Sharon Playhouse, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Simpkins and Managing Director Justin Ball, has announced initial casting and creative teams for its 2015 Season with the musicals My Fair Lady, Merrily We Roll Along, and Little Shop of Horrors on the Mainstage; Ed Dixon's new play Georgie: The Life and Death of George Rose and True Love on Stage 2 in the Bok Gallery. The Youth Theatre will present the Tony-winning Peter and the Starcatcher.

TUTS Underground Sets Cast of LMNOP

TUTS Underground, in association with Third Coast Creative, presents LMNOP - A New Muzical, April 7 - 19 in Zilkha Hall at The Hobby Center. Chaos arises when letters begin to fall from a town monument and government officials ban them one by one. The community depends on the strength of a determined teenage girl to fight for their freedom of speech. This unique musical is part romance, part clever word game and part adult fable that reminds us of how precious our liberties are and how important it is to have the courage to stand up for what we believe.

Columbia Children's Theatre Presents HAIRSPRAY JR.

The 50's are out and change and hairspray are in the air! Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) will present its YouTheatre production of Hairspray Jr. March 20 - 23 with shows Friday at 7:00 pm, Saturday at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and Sunday at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Mine is Yours theatre company to Present BACHELORETTE, 3/20-4/12

Mine is Yours theatre company, now in their second season, is itching to share their first contemporary production with Los Angeles! Bachelorette by Leslye Headland, directed by Jessica Hanna and assistant directed by Mallin Alter, will run for four weeks this Spring: March 20 - April 12, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 7pm. BREAKING THE SILENCE WITH GIRL BE HEARD Set for Soho Playhouse This Weekend

To coincide with World Day for Social Justice on February 20th, Girl Be Heard will bring together actors from around the globe (who are flying in for this production) to present BREAKING THE SILENCE WITH GIRL BE HEARD at the Soho Playhouse (15 Vandam Street) for three performances only, Thursday, February 19th, Friday, February 20th and Saturday, February 21st at 8PM. These performances come just two weeks after President Obama announced his campaign to end the violence against women and girls in a remote video on the 2015 Grammy Award's telecast. In an effort to break the cycle of silence around gender-based violence this, groundbreaking collaboration features selections from Breaking the Silence, written for Human Rights Watch, and Girl Be Heard's, Trafficked and disPLACEd. Cameron Mackintosh and Michael Harrison have announced the Cameron Mackintosh and Chichester Festival Theatre smash hit production of the musical "BARNUM" starring Brian Conley as 'PT Barnum' and Linzi Hateley as 'Chairy' is coming to the King's Theatre Glasgow from Tuesday 31 March until Saturday 4 April 2015.
