San Diego Musical Theatre's NEXT TO NORMAL cast members, Robert J. Townsend and Bets Malone, accompanied by Rayme Sciaromi, performed songs on September 4th at 'A Night Out for Trevor' for the San Diego Ambassadors for the Trevor Project at Martini's on Fourth Table & Stage. In this video, watch Townsend and Malone sing 'I've Been,' and 'I Miss the Mountains,' respectively.

Lamb's Players Theatre announces their upcoming event '100 Hours of Stories.' From today, May 8 - 12, 2014, LAMB'S will make history. With the help of favorite local theatre artists, and community members, the San Diego nonprofit will present 100 consecutive hours of play and musical readings to break the Guinness World Record for Longest Marathon Theatrical Performance and celebrate Lamb's.

The Old Globe presents the 16th annual production of Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The holiday musical will run on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, Nov. 16 - Dec. 28. Previews run from Nov. 16 - Nov. 20. Opening night is Nov. 21 at 7:00 p.m. The Grinch isdirected by James Vasquez with book and lyrics by Timothy Mason and music by Mel Marvin. The original production of Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! was conceived and directed by Jack O'Brien with Additional Lyrics by Theodor S. Geisel, Additional Music by Albert Hague and original choreography by John DeLuca. Ticket prices start at $37 for adults and $24 for children (17 years and under). Performances are restricted to children 3 years and up except for the 11:00 a.m. performances for which tickets can be purchased for children of all ages. Everyone must have a ticket. The Old Globe presents The Last Goodbye, a new musical fusing Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet with the incendiary songs of the legendary singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley. Conceived and adapted by Michael Kimmel, the rock musical is directed by two-time Tony Award nominee Alex Timbers (Peter and the Starcatcher, Bloody BloodyAndrew Jackson). Choreography is by Emmy Award nominee Sonya Tayeh ('So You Think You Can Dance'), and orchestrations, music direction and arrangements are by Kris Kukul. The Last Goodbye will run on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, now through Nov. 3, 2013.
