Broadway's Julie Halston (currently in rehearsals for Roundabout's Anything Goes) will host the Second Annual Broadway Belts! for PFF (Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation) Benefit on February 27, 2012 at 7:00pm at Birdland Jazz Club (315 West 44th Street).

Casting for the Los Angeles engagement of Follies has not yet been announced, and while it is presumed that at least some of the cast will be heading west, one star who will not make the trip is Bernadette Peters, who plays Sally Durant. A spokesperson for Peters tells BroadwayWorld that the star has concert obligations she must fulfill next spring, which will prevent her from continuing with the production. Peters will, of course, finish out the Broadway run through January 22.

Joining them in the cast will be Jim Stanek (Lestat, Little Women, ...Forum), Rick Hip-Flores (who has performed in the pits of Billy Elliot, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and The Radio City Christmas Spectacular) and Ereni Sevasti (The Bacchae at The Public, Carnival at The Kennedy Center).
