Tickets to WICKED's Run at Aronoff Center on Sale Today

After breaking box office records in 2011, WICKED, Broadway's biggest blockbuster will return to the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati, March 5 - 23, 2014. Tickets for the return engagement go on sale Today, December 6 at 9am and will be available at the Aronoff Center Box Office downtown at 650 Walnut Street, online at CincinnatiArts.org or by phone at 513.621.ARTS(2787). WICKED is presented as part of the 2013-2014 Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati season.
Darlinghurst Theatre Company to Honor the Memory of Nick Enright with Productions in 2014-16

Darlinghurst Theatre Company and the Enright family hosted a special event at Eternity Playhouse this evening in honour of the late Nick Enright. Over the next three years, the Enright family is supporting Darlinghurst Theatre Company to produce three plays by the renowned Australian playwright including Daylight Saving in 2014, as well as two other works in 2015 and 2016.

Paper Mill Playhouse continues its 75th Anniversary Season with the classic Charles Dickens musical Oliver!, with a holiday 'twist' for the entire family. With a book, music and lyrics by Lionel Bart, Oliver! is directed by Paper Mill Playhouse Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee with original choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. Oliver! features David Garrison (Fagin), best known for his role as Steve Rhoades on the hit television series Married...with Children, Betsy Morgan (Nancy), John Treacy Egan (Mr. Bumble), Jose Llana (Bill Sikes), David Hess (MR. Brownlow), Ethan Haberfield (Artful Dodger) and introducing Tyler Moran as Oliver. Oliver! also features 16 local boys from across the state of New Jersey who auditioned from a pool of over 200.
Oliver! plays the Millburn, New Jersey theater through December 29. The official press opening was last night, December 1, 2013, and BroadwayWorld was there for the festivities. Check out photos from the after party below!

New Hampshire Theatre Project's 25th anniversary season continues with an original adaptation of Antoine de Saint Exupery's beloved classic The Little Prince. Created by Genevieve Aichele, CJ Lewis and Shay Willard, Finding the Prince follows three soldiers and one journalist who have crashed in the desert during a nameless war. As they struggle to survive, they begin to read a tattered novel given to one of them by a dying soldier. Each character begins a journey towards coming to terms with their own 'little prince,' the deepest, sweetest part of us who knows that 'what is most important is unseen.'

Gingold Theatrical Group's PROJECT SHAW, under the leadership of Artistic Director, David Staller, presented George Bernard Shaw's 1895 comedy, Candida, yesterday, November 25, at Symphony Space's Leonard NimoyThalia Theatre (2895 Broadway at 95th St.). Directed by David Staller, Candida featured Tony Award nominees Judy Kuhn (Candida) and Douglas Sills (Morell), with Brandon J. Vukovic (a recent Brown/Trinity grad) as Marchbanks, Alison Cimmet (The Mystery of Edwin Drood) as Prossy, Bill Kux (The Trip to Bountiful) as Burgess, Jordan Coughtry (Shakespeare Theatre of NJ Our Town) as Lexy. Macy's Herald Square just kicked-off the season with an evening of holiday magic at the annual Christmas window unveiling on Broadway Boulevard.The special event began with a special performance by recording artist Judith Hill, and continued with an extra dose of holiday cheer are two of the stars of Cinderella, Laura Osnes and Rebecca Luker.For the grand finale, a very special Make-A-Wish Kid flipped the switch and unveil the 2013 Christmas Windows, this year titled'Dream...and Believe Magic.'

Adapted by Richard Read, Snow Girls continues The Ringwald's long tradition of presenting loving parodies of well-known movies and TV shows. Snow Girls joins such past shows as Silent Night of the Lambs, The Bad Seed, The Facts of Life: The Lost Episode, Thank You For Being a Friend: The Unauthorized Golden Girls Musical among others.
