The cast of Liberty: A Monumental New Musical gathered this weekend at 54 BELOW to celebrate the launch of the brand new cast album - check out a look back below!

54 Below presented EDITH PIAF: An All-Star Centennial Celebration, performed by award-winning Broadway and nightclub Stars, and it was produced, written, and hosted by New York impresario Scott Siegel, who has created more than 100 major concerts in venues such as Town Hall and Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Danielle Hope brought her one-woman show, BRING THE FUTURE FASTER back to 54 Below to celebrate the release of her new live album which was recorded at the club back in February, and BroadwayWorld was on hand to snap photos from the evening. Check them out below!

The new Broadway musical Doctor Zhivago, which opened at the Broadway Theatre on April 21st, 2015, recorded its cast album on Thursday, May 28th. Authors include composer Lucy Simon (The Secret Garden), lyricists Michael Korie (Grey Gardens) and Amy Powers (the two multi-platinum Sunset Boulevard hits) and book writer Michael Weller (screenwriter for Hair and Ragtime). STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, was held just yesterday in Shubert Alley, hosted by Darren Criss who is currently playing Hedwig in the 2014 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival, Hedwig and the Angry Inch. To add to the festivities leading up to the Tony Awards, the free outdoor concert in the heart of the Theatre District celebrated Broadway with star appearances and exciting performances from over 20 new shows and long-running favorites, accompanied by a 12-piece live orchestra, including many of this year's 2015 Tony Award - nominated plays and musicals! Second Stage Theatre welcomes film star Amanda Seyfried (Les Miserables, Dear John, Mamma Mia!, upcoming Ted 2 and Pan) in her off-Broadway debut opposite Thomas Sadoski (The Newsroom, Wild, upcoming in NBC's The Slap) in the world premiere production of NEIL LaBUTE's drama, The Way We Get By. Directed by Tony nominee LEIGH SILVERMAN, the production began previews on April 28, 2015 and officially opened last night, May 19, 2015 at Second Stage Theatre, 305 West 43rd Street. Gingold Theatrical Group's PROJECT SHAW just presented the 1912 one-act comedy OVERRULED, last night at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2895 Broadway at 95th St.). Overruled starred Robert Cuccioli (Mr. Lunn), Heidi Armbruster(Mrs. Lunn), Alison Cimmet (Mrs. Juno), Dan Butler (Mr. Juno), in which two couples are determined to find romance...but not with each other. GTG's Founding Artistic Director David Staller directs.
