Sarah Silverman to Host TBS JUST FOR LAUGHS Chicago Shows, 6/16

TBS and Just For Laughs are thrilled to announce that Emmy(R) Award-winning comedian Sarah Silverman will host two shows at The Chicago Theatre on Saturday, June 16. Sarah Silverman and Guests will feature some of her favorite comedians, with line-up details to be revealed shortly.

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Announces New Members

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Board Chair Jim Abrahamson and President Stanley E. Romanstein, Ph.D., recently welcomed six new members to the Orchestra's Board of Directors: Neil Berman, S. Wright Caughman, M.D., Carlos del Rio, M.D., Jim Landon, Kelly L. Loeffler, and Paul Snyder. The new Board members will serve three-year terms.

Auditorium Theater Presents Beyond Brokeback: A Staged Reading with Music

On Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m., the Auditorium Theater of Roosevelt University will present a screening of the award-winning landmark film Brokeback Mountain, followed by two events: a panel discussion with Chicago historian and film experts, and Beyond Brokeback, a staged reading of messages, essays, poetry, and music inspired by the film.
