Several of the country's leading dancers and musical artists stand on stage together with Jonkoping's Sinfonietta when the Broadway Music On the Town comes to Scandinavia and the Spira Culture House for the first time. On 15 June (19:30) star of stage and screen Michael Crawford will join the BBC Singers for the dramatic tale of Noah's Ark, brought to life in the stunning setting of Southwark Cathedral.

Multi-talented singer/dancer/actor/choreographer Rome Saladino will celebrate the stylings of Grammy and Juno Award-winner Michael Buble when he brings his newest production Feelin' Good - A Tribute to Michael Buble to the Boca Black Box Center for the Arts on April 20th at 8 pm.

This must be one of the prettiest shows for the stage. AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, currently being presented at Mirvish, will have you shaking your head in wonder at Bob Crowley's imaginative set design and Christopher Wheeldon's breathtaking direction and choreography. The musical, inspired by the Academy Award-winning motion picture with Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron, features the sublime music and lyrics by George and Ira Gershwin. Although the performances are tremendously uneven, the musical is a feast for the eyes that is an unmissable theatrical attraction in Toronto.

Musical Theatre Guild, the winner of the Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle Margaret Harford Award for sustained excellence in the theatre, will present HOLLYWOOD REVISITED as a special benefit to support Musical Theatre Guild's extensive youth outreach programs. Tony Award® winner BETH LEAVEL will star in SPARK's feature workshop, THE DOUBLE-THREAT TRIO; West End star CHRIS PELUSO is set to be featured as part of THE PERFECT MATE writing residency; Broadway's DAVID ZIPPEL will serve as SPARK's Guest Mentor; and the Q BROTHERS will make their Pittsburgh debut with Q GENTS as part of the SPARK Late Night Series at the CLO Cabaret! Academy Award and Golden Globe winning performer George Chakiris and acclaimed dancer, Barrie Chase have been named the honorees for the Professional Dancers Society's (PDS) annual Gypsy Awards Luncheon, it was announced by PDS President, Mitzi Gaynor and PDS Board Chairman, Joni Berry.  Emmy and Grammy nominated choreographer/director/singer Toni Basil will receive the organization's Choreographer's Award.  PDS' 31st Anniversary Luncheon will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel (9876 Wilshire Blvd.) in Beverly Hills, CA.

The heart of London's tap dance scene, The London Tap Jam, is hosting the Official Tap Dance UK Launch Party, and everyone's invited!

Lyrics take center stage at Quality Hill Playhouse in March as the company pays tribute to two songwriters known for their internal rhymes and worldly wit in the original cabaret revue IT'S DELOVELY: THE WIT OF COLE PORTER AND NOËL COWARD, opening March 2.

SWEDISH GUN FACTORY is captivating audiences on both sides of the Atlantic. Explaining that this duo tap dances and plays musical instruments, is like describing Cirque du Soleil as an acrobatic troupe. True by definition, but the performance is beyond words.

The world premiere of Pittsburgh CLO's UP AND AWAY will now soar for six more performances through April 22! The production was initially scheduled to close on April 15. The McCallum Theatre presents WEST SIDE STORY: IN CONCERT for five performances Friday, March 9 through Sunday, March 11. This classic musical is being exclusively produced by the McCallum Theatre as part of its Leonard Bernstein Centennial Celebration. Produced and directed by Chad Hilligus, the limited McCallum engagement will feature an onstage 40-piece orchestra and an all-star cast direct from the Broadway and National Tour companies of West Side Story, I had the chance to catch up with Mr. Hilligus as he was preparing for this highly anticipated concert. Here are a few excerpts from that conversation:

The Royal Crown Players of Roslyn High School are back at it again presenting their absurdity on wheels, the award winning and 'you are going to have a great time musical'- 'XANADU!' Reliving the 80's nostalgia of romantic comedies, legwarmers and roller disco...XANADU is a classic tale of boy meets girl, except that this girl is actually Greek muse 'Kira' performed by Kelly Frank, sent from the heavens to Venice Beach, California to help struggling artist, Sonny portrayed by Mark Russ to achieve his greatest dream, to open the first ROLLER DISCO! When Kira falls into forbidden love with this mortal, two of her jealous sisters, Melpomene (Bryn Goldstein) and Calliope (Jordan Resnick) take advantage of the situation with the other muses along with greedy real estate mogul, Danny Maguire performed by T. J. Sheppard and a host of other heavenly bodies to complete a recipe of chaos with abounding absurdity that will have you laughing and enjoying a carefree evening of entertainment of theater.
