Shakespeare's Globe revives its acclaimed 2008 production of The Merry Wives of Windsor this summer for a run at the Globe, before embarking on an international tour.
Presented at the newly re-opened Perry Street Theatre by Martin Platt, David Elliott, Rosalie Beer and Richard Jordan in association with Robert Friedman Presents, the globally acclaimed production of SHYLOCK written by and starring Gareth Armstrong, directed by Frank Barrie with original music by Simon Slater will be extended through April 3, originally slated to close on March 13. SHYLOCK began its initial eight week run on January 22; opening on January 30 at the Perry Street Theatre (31 Perry Street).
