Hannibal Missouri's own brash and beguiling Molly Brown shines in this exhilarating adaptation of Meredith Willson's 1960 musical. Her rags-to-riches story sparkles with a new book by Dick Scanlan (Thoroughly Modern Millie), and new songs from the Meredith Willson songbook.

The Merry-Go-Round Playhouse has officially kicked off their 2017 season of Broadway in the Finger Lakes with none other than the multiple Tony Award-winning musical of Guys and Dolls. Featuring a book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, along with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, the musical is widely known thanks to numerous revivals and the film adaptation starring Marlon Brando, Jean Simmons, Vivian Blaine, and of course Frank Sinatra. The long-awaited production, perfectly directed by Richard J. Hinds, as part of the Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival is classic and fresh, making it a sure hit.

The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival (FLMTF) launches its 2017 season with the blockbuster musical comedy, Guys and Dolls. The show runs June 7 through June 28 at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in Emerson Park.

The Muny announced today its full cast and design teams for The Unsinkable Molly Brown, the fifth production of its 99th season, which plays July 21-27. The Unsinkable Molly Brown is proudly sponsored by Ameren. 'Kathleen Marshall has put together a jubilant, thrilling company for this revitalized American treasure,' said Muny Artistic Director and Executive Producer, Mike Isaacson.

AUBURN, N.Y-The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival, by special arrangement with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, proudly produces the world premiere of the new North American production of SATURDAYNIGHT FEVER.  Performances run from July 22 through through August 12. Based on Nik Cohn's 1975 article 'Tribal Rites of the new Saturday Night' and Norman Wexler's 1977 screenplay it inspired, this iconic time capsule centers around Tony Manero, a Brooklyn youth whose weekend is spent at the local dance hangout. There, he escapes into the admiration of the crowd, a growing relationship and the pulse of the beat that enables him to forget the realities of his life, his dead-end job and his gang of deadbeat friends. This new production delivers all the favorite tunes and dance sequences while bringing out the dimension and layers of the story and the landscape of such an iconic snapshot in American history.  Adapted for the stage by Robert Stigwood in collaboration with Bill Oakes, this new North American version features songs by The Bee Gees, is adapted for the stage by Sean Cercone and features additional music and lyrics by David Abbinanti.

Ocean Professional Theatre Company presents Singin' In the Rain, running July 10th through July 19th and starring Colin Cahill, Guy Mannick, Gabi Stapula and Hilary Werthmann. The show plays the Bengal Auditorium, 180 Bengal Blvd. Barnegat NJ, 2 pm, July 10, 13 16 and 17th and 8 pm July 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19th.
