YouTube announced today the first-ever YouTube Comedy Week, a special event from May 19 through May 25, that will showcase the best of comedy with live events, video premieres and creative collaborations from the world's funniest people.

Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers covering New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway, reports that multi award-winning stars Robert Cuccioli and Laila Robins will announce the nominees for the 2012-13 season today, April 22nd (11AM) at The Friars Club (57 East 55th Street- between Park and Madison Avenues).

On Sunday, April 14, Randie Levine-Miller presented and hosted Broadway Showstopper Divas --'A Swell Party' at the Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd Street) as an Actors Fund Benefit. The evening's theme was 'The Vets and the Yets!'-- starring the best of the best -- Broadway star and Tony nominated Anita Gillette, and Broadway actress/singer and cabaret comedienne Jackie Hoffman. For over twenty-five years the Sunshine Committee (which is funded through an annual holiday raffle held at the Monastery) has been providing entertainment, companionship and tons of love to senior citizens and children's centers in the New York area.
