The five-character ensemble are a marvel to watch under Jeremy Aldridge's smooth direction through March 26.

LOUIS & KEELY: 'LIVE' AT THE SAHARA will begin previews on Wednesday, February 24; will open on Saturday, February 27 and will run through Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the Laguna Playhouse, 606 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.
Sacred Fools Theatre's inaugural production in their new home on Hollywood Theatre Row is Past Time, Padraic Duffy's World Premiere comedy. The production opens Friday, February 19th and runs through March 26th with previews February 12th, 13th and 14th. Performances Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM and Sundays at 3 PM. After nearly two decades, Sacred Fools Theater Company announces a departure from their East Hollywood birthplace of 660 N. Heliotrope Drive, and immediate relocation to Theater Row in Hollywood as the resident theater company for the space formerly known as the Elephant / Asylum Complex at 1076 North Lillian Way at Santa Monica Boulevard. Sacred Fools will be occupying and managing the entire establishment, including all five theater stages, beginning January 1, 2016.

BREAKING THROUGH, a world premiere musical, features a book by Kirsten Guenther, and music and lyrics by Cliff Downs and Katie Kahanovitz. As BroadwayWorld has previously reported, Actors' Equity is proposing to eliminate the Los Angeles 99-Seat Theater Agreement and instead require that all actors be paid minimum wage (currently $9 an hour in L.A. County) for rehearsals and performances.
Due to the enormous success of their first show, Sixth Avenue presented an encore of its National Tour 'ILove99 The Musical!' cabaret event to save Los Angeles intimate theatre on Tuesday, March 24 at the Dragonfly on Hollywood's Theater Row. Produced by Adam Silver and directed by Alan Smithee (wink wink) featuring returning and additional performers, the event proved to be a real meeting of the minds for both union and non-union audience members. And what a show it was, giving both AEA union members as well as non-members a chance to enjoy great entertainment while rallying everyone to go out and encourage all union member to vote NO on the proposed union changes that could wipe out intimate theater in Los Angeles.
