Dallas Theater Center brings the world's greatest detective to the stage in Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure, written by Steven Dietz and directed by DTC Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty. Dallas Theater Center Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty announced today the theater's 2014-2015 season, which will take place at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre at the AT&T Performing Arts Center and the Kalita Humphreys Theater on Turtle Creek. DTC's 2014-2015 season will expand to nine total productions from this year's seven, and will include the world premiere new musical Stagger Lee, a commissioned musical by DTC Playwright-in-Residence Will Power and Justin Ellington, a rolling world premiere production of Colossal, a new play about football by Andrew Hinderaker, and the return to the stage of June Squibb for the first time since her Academy Award-nomination.
Eiko & Koma return to ASU Gammage to present REGENERATION, a three-part retrospective looking at some of their most acclaimed and celebrated work. Eiko & Koma's performance focuses on the elemental, with works that transcend everyday notions of time and space. Due to last year's overwhelming success, the nation's largest and most fascinating antique store, Architectural Artifacts, Inc., 4325 N. Ravenswood Ave. in Chicago, is presenting its 2nd annual 2,000 plus-lot, three-day auction on Friday, May 2, Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Now celebrating its 36th year, the annual Museum Mile Festival (www.museummilefestival.org) takes place rain or shine on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Over 1.5 million people have taken part in this annual celebration since its inception. The Museum of Modern Art's Board of Trustees today approved initial details of a major building
project that will expand the Museum's public spaces and galleries to provide greater public
accessibility and allow the Museum to reconceive the presentation of its collection and exhibitions.
Working with Diller Scofidio + Renfro, the renowned interdisciplinary studio based in New York City,
the Museum has developed a plan to integrate its current building with two sites to the west of the
Museum's midtown Manhattan campus into which it will expand: three floors of a residential tower
being developed by Hines, at 53 West 53rd Street; and the site of the former American Folk Art
Museum, at 45 West 53rd Street.

Yesterday Dallas Theater Center hosted a celebration in honor of Project Discovery's recent recognition by The President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. DTC invited 200 current Project Discovery [PD] participants, teachers, past participants, teaching artists, board, staff and program donors to an hour-long event that featured stories from PD students and a full, experiential PD activity on the main stage of the Wyly Theatre.

Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, under the artistic leadership of Glenn Edgerton, will present its first-ever mixed repertory program devoted to the work of a single choreographer during the Spring Series, March 13-16, 2014. This engagement's four works by Sarabande (1990), for an all-male ensemble and set to Bach's second partita for solo violin with electronically manipulated live vocals; and Falling Angels (1989), for a cast of eight women and set to part one of Steve Reich's phased-percussion composition, Drumming, to be performed live by Third Coast Percussion, Ensemble- in-Residence at the University of Notre Dame's DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.
