The 47th season includes three fantastic musicals that are sure to delight theatregoers: the fun and frolicking Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun will run from April 16 - June 27; the second production, Carnival! featuring such memorable classics as "Love Makes the World Go 'Round," will run from July 9 - September 18; and the Tony Award-winning How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying will run from September 24 - November 28.

On Monday, October 5, Broadway's Tony Award-winning hit musical CHICAGO welcomed back Broadway favorite Brent Barrett as Billy Flynn. Barrett had been scheduled to resurrect his performance for an eight-week return engagement through Sunday, November 29. Barrett's participation will now be extended through March 27, 2010.
AUDREY II, the people-eating plant who stars in Little Shop Of Horrors, the frightfully freaky rock musical, has invaded Donelson's Senior Center for the Arts (SCA), for a run through November 15 at Nashville Dinner Theatre. Directed by veteran Nashville director Tim Larson, Little Shop introduces audiences to Seymour, an ill-fated florist shop worker who pines for fortune, fame and his flame, comely co-worker, Audrey. He later discovers an alien plant with a hankering for human blood and a dastardly desire to overtake the world. A perilous pact is made between the two, and mayhem ensues.
