As public schools come to a close this week, AMERICAN SCOREBOARD announces a back-to-school repeat performance of The Betsy Devos Confirmation Hearing for The Secretary of Education to take place at Arena Stage in The Mead Center For American Theater, 1101 Sixth Street SW, Washington DC on September 17th, 2018 at 6pm. This will mark the first visit of the educational program to the DC area.

An all-star line-up of actors presented a live dramatic political reading last week through American Scoreboard's most recent installment at Pace University. The event was a reenactment of the confirmation hearing of U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos.

AMERICAN SCOREBOARD: The Trump Administration will present the next installment of its series of live dramatic political readings on Monday, October 23rd from 7:00 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. at Pace University's Schimmel Center, 3 Spruce Street in downtown New York City, featuring Lilla Crawford (Annie) as Senator Patricia Murray, Syndey Lucas (Fun Home) as Senator Elizabeth Warren, Sam Poon (The King and I) as Senator Bernie Sanders, Nicholas Barasch (Big River, 2017 Encores!) as Senator Al Frankin, Edward O'Blenis as Senator Lamar Alexander (Law & Order SVU), and Tracy Shayne (Bronx Bombers, Chicago) as Betsy DeVos.

Former New York Yankee Willie Randolph attended this Saturday evening's performance of Bronx Bombers. Randolph, who was the second baseman for the New York Yankees from 1976 - 1988, and served as team captain from 1986 - 1988, embraced the cast after the show, exclaiming 'I love this show, these are my guys!'
