American Repertory Ballet is pleased to announce it has scheduled a pre-show activity for children prior to its performance of A Midsummer night's Dream at Raritan Valley Community College on March 19. The activity will begin at 2 p.m., one hour prior to the start of the performance. Children can enjoy our dress-up and photo station in the lobby, trying on real costumes that range from wands to wings to elf hats! We'll have everything a woodland creature or fairy needs!

On March 18th, the Adrienne Arsht Center's curtains will open to the highly anticipated reimagined production of Miami City Ballet's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Including all-new sets and costumes by famed artist Michele Oka Doner and dramatic direction by playwright Tarell Alvin McCraney, the unprecedented performance will bring Miami City Ballet's landmark 30th Anniversary Season to a close.
Gulfshore Opera will present Johann Sebastian Bach's Saint Matthew Passion for three performances on March 18-20, at venues in Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties during Lent, in anticipation of the Easter season. The production is in collaboration with the Florida Gulf Coast University Chamber Choir, The Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers Chamber Chorus, a core ensemble of eight soloists, and the Gulfshore Opera Orchestra and Chorus.

Making its second appearance of the 2015-16 season, the Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra will perform Felix Mendelssohn's radiant "Swiss" Symphony for Strings No. 9 and Antonin Dvo?ak's sumptuous Serenade for Strings at the historic Lobero Theatre on December 8.
The Vocal Arts Ensemble (VAE) and Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra (CCO) will join together Friday, November 13 at Christ Church Cathedral at 8:00 P.M and again Sunday, November 15 at St. Catherine of Siena at 4:00 P.M. Lead by VAE's Grammy Award- winning Music Director Craig Hella Johnson, the VAE and CCO will be delighting audiences with a performance of Bach's vocal masterpiece Mass in B Minor.
Classical works by varying composers will be masterfully presented by the Millersville University Chamber Ensemble and Orchestra on Friday, November 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Winter Center. Pieces will include Borodin's Polovetsian Dances, a selection from Felix Mendelssohn, an aria from Puccini's opera Tosca, the famous La Donna e Mobile by Verdi, an Italian song by De Curtis--featuring New York City's tenor Alok Kumar--and Beethoven's great 5th Symphony, with its unofficial title 'Fate Knocking at the Door.' Also joining the orchestra will be guest conductor Maksim Konarev from Moscow, Russia. The Winter Center is located at 60 W. Cottage Avenue, Millersville.

Spektor, and 'Vocal Duets' and 'The Piano Trio' by Fanny Mendelssohn. The evening is presented in conjunction with Downtown Music Productions.
