Syfy celebrates Summer 2010 with its first ever Thursday night reality bloc (Mary Knows Best and Paranormal Investigators); new scripted series (Haven) based on a Stephen King novella; popular returning series (Warehouse 13, Eureka, Ghost Hunters Academy and Ghost Hunters International), and fan favorite Saturday Original Movies including Lake Placid 3 and Stonehenge Apocalypse.

The NBC Universal Television Consumer Products Group and the NBC Experience Store are marking the return of USA Network's hit series 'Royal Pains' with a variety of branded products. Series leads 'Dr. Hank Lawson' (Mark Feuerstein) and his brother 'Evan R.Lawson' (Paulo Costanzo), get their own talking bobblehead figures and other new products will include a 'HankMed' digital thermometer, 'HankMed' branded T-shirts, water bottles, baseball caps and mugs. All of the product will be available at the NBC Experience Store in New York City and online at www.usanetworkstore.com.

Know Theatre of Cincinnati is pleased to announce its fourth and fifth production of the season, Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes, written by Tony Kushner. Angels in America will open with the first of the two part play, Angels in America: Millennium Approaches, on Know Theatre's mainstage April 3 and play through May 8, 2010. The second half of the production, Angels in America: Perestroika, will open April 23 and play through May 8, 2010.

Tenderloin Health Celebrates 20th Anniversary With Sunset Cruise 6/17

Tenderloin Health, a social service agency providing health services to the homeless and residents of the Tenderloin, is celebrating 20 years of service with a sunset cruise on the Bay, Thursday June 17, 5:45 to 9 PM, leaving from Pier 40 in San Francisco. Guests will sail on the Commodore Fume Blanc for an hour followed by entertainment, silent auction and presentation of awards. Tickets are $125 with special benefit categories from $500 to $25,000.
Syfy Pilot ALPHAS To Be Directed By LOST's Jack Bender

Syfy has inked award winning director/executive producer Jack Bender as director/executive producer for the action-adventure 90-minute pilot, Alphas (working title) from writers Zak Penn (X-Men: The Last Stand, Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk) and Michael Karnow, it was announced today by Mark Stern, Executive Vice President of Original Programming, Syfy and Co-Head of Content for Universal Cable Productions, which is the studio for the project. Bender just wrapped six seasons as an executive producer and director on the critically acclaimed series LOST, and directed Sunday's much anticipated series finale. Alphas is executive produced by Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun for BermanBraun Television and is slated to commence production in Toronto this summer.
