Kean Stage has announced its 2023-2024 season line-up featuring a diverse mix of Broadway, classic rock, jazz, dance, holiday and family programming. Additional artists will be announced later this season.

Now in its 39th year, the Schwabacher Recital Series, presented by San Francisco Opera Center and the Merola Opera Program, returns this spring with a series of four recitals (March 1, March 22, April 12 and May 18) at San Francisco's Dianne and Tad Taube Atrium Theater and San Francisco Conservatory of Music's Barbro Osher Recital Hall.

The Mercer County Community College (MCCC) Music Department will present free winter concerts featuring MCCC Faculty on December 13 and the MCCC Jazz Ensemble on December 14 at Kelsey Theatre located on the MCCC campus at 1200 Old Trenton Road in West Windsor.

BroadwayWorld was in the recording studio with Mars Rucker of A Strange Loop as they laid down their vocal track of the song “Misty”.  Originally written by Erroll Garner and Johnny Burker it has been given an updated version for the holiday season with a new arrangement by Ben Cohn who also was the Music Director. You Asked For It is Ainsworth’s fourth album of all-new material (a best-of LP entitled Top Shelf was expanded into a deluxe mini-LP CD released in Japan last year.) You Asked For It was recently released digitally in South Korea by Music Island, and in Japan by Ratspack Records as a deluxe mini-LP CD with the bonus track “As Time Goes By.”

Acclaimed for its essential music programming and inspired setting, Smoke Jazz Club recently reopened to much fanfare after being closed to indoor performances and dining for over two years.

Blue Curtain regretfully announced that Eddie Palmieri’s appearance on Saturday, July 16 has been cancelled due to a family emergency.  

Blue Curtain, a beloved Princeton summer tradition, returns to the Pettoranello Gardens Amphitheater (Route 206 and Mountain Ave) with two FREE concert in July:  The Eddie Palmieri Salsa Orchestra on July 16 and the Ali Ryerson/Peter Levin Quintet on July 30.  Both concerts begin at 7:30 PM.
