The Gallery Players' JULIUS CAESAR to Bring Political Intrigue to Park Slope; Cast Announced!

The Gallery Players have announced a new production of William Shakespeare's JULIUS CAESAR directed by James Dean Palmer, and featuring Erin Anderson, Elyana Aronow, Patricia Black, Erin Capistrano, Russell Linzy Carpenter, Sergio Fuenzalida, David Glover, Jenny Jarnagin, Drew Ledbetter, Bibi Mama, Cory Mccants, Kevin Mcguire, Victoria Morales, Elisha Mudly, Philip Schneider, Griffin Sharps and Eric Ryan Swanson.

PPAC's Community Outreach Committee Announces Winners of the ARTS Scholarships 2017 Program

Jo-Ann Ragosta, Chairperson of the ARTS Scholarships 2017 program, along with the members of the Community Outreach Committee of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), are pleased to announce the winners of the ARTS Scholarships 2017 program, sponsored by the Textron Charitable Trust and PPAC Annual Fund Donors.  This year's program will award scholarships to 36 talented Rhode Island students, ages 11 - 14, each of whom will receive a scholarship of up to $500 to attend a local summer arts education program of their choice (please see below for the list of ARTS Scholarships 2017 winners).

Coeurage Theatre Company, LA's 'Pay What You Want' Company, has announced their next production, A Bright Room Called Day by Tony Kushner, directed by Coeurage Artistic Director Jeremy Lelliott. There will be two preview performances on Thursday, August 15 and Friday, August 16 at 8pm, and opening is set for Saturday, August 17 at 8pm. A Bright Room Called Day will play through September 15 only at The Lost Studio on S. La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles.
