On Monday, December 29, the Broadway at Birdland concert stage was the place singer/actor Erich Bergen chose to celebrate his 29th birthday with not one, but two sold-out concerts. Best known for his performance as Bob Gaudio in the Clint Eastwood film "Jersey Boys," and the current hit CBS drama "Madam Secretary," Erich brought his dry wit, smooth vocals, ten piece band, three background singers and two-toned shoes to the Birdland stage, featuring songs from his stage and screen career, and material from his two EP releases.

For fans of JERSEY BOYS, today is the day you have been waiting for because the film adaptation of the musical is now in stores. Available on both DVD and Blu-ray, the fascinating film is directed by Clint Eastwood. John Lloyd Young reprises his Tony Award-winning portrayal of Frankie Valli. Erich Bergen stars as Bob Gaudio, with Michael Lomenda as Nick Massi, Vincent Piazza as Tommy DeVito, and Christopher Walken as mobster Gyp DeCarlo.

Tony Award-winning Best Musical JERSEY BOYS came to the big screen under the direction of Clint Eastwood earlier this year and the Four Seasons movie musical is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.

On Monday, October 27, the Broadway at Birdland series was proud to present singer Trevor McQueen, who made his Birdland concert debut with a 17-piece big band. The concert featured Trevor's original tunes, and an epic salute to his musical inspiration, Sammy Davis, Jr. Musical direction and arrangements were by Angelo Di Loreto and Bryan Carter.
