T. Schreiber Studio's (Terry Schreiber, Artistic Director) production of Tom Stoppard's Tony Award-winning play Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead begins performances October 15, 2009. Eric Percival, winner of the 2008 Midtown International Theatre Festival's Outstanding Lead Actor Award, and Julian Elfer, who recently received the 2009 New York Innovative Theatre Award for Best Actor, star as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, respectively.

Sanctuary: Playwrights Theater (www.sanctuarytheatre.org) will stage Bob Jude Ferrante's 'A New Theory of Vision' at the Kraine Theater, 85 East 4th Street (between Bowery & Second Avenue). The play will run from March 18th through April 11th, Wednesday through Saturday at 8:00 p.m. Cat Parker directs; the play stars Eric Percival as Lee, Maeve Yore as Cara, Matt Steiner as Erich, Julian Elfer as Ted, and Brooke Eddey as Jane, with Sonya Tsuchigane and Lawrence Cantor. The 2nd Annual Midtown International Theatre Festival (MITF) Awards were held Friday, September 5, 2008 at the Bleecker Street Theatre, located at 45 Bleecker Street, winners were announced in 33 separate categories.

On Friday, September 5, at 8pm the Midtown International Theater Festival Awards will take place. The MITF Awards will honor the best shows and performances from the recently completed Ninth Annual Midtown InterNational Theatre Festival, which took place from July 14-August 10 of this year.

Serenading Louie, written in 1970 by Lanford Wilson (Burn This, Balm in Giliad Hot L Baltimore, Lemon Sky) will enjoy a limited engagement at the Stella Adler Black Box Theater.
