Just yesterday, Broadway's Annie, Lilla Crawford, celebrated her 12th birthday at Times Square's new Cake Boss Cafe, inspired by the hit TLC show, 'Cake Boss'. In attendance to celebrate Lilla's birthday were her fellow young Broadway stars Alex Drier (The Assembled Party, Billy Elliot), Lewis Grasso (Newsies, Ragtime), Jack Broderick (Billy Elliot, Matilda), Ava DiMary (Billy Elliot, Matilda), Emma Howard (Matilda), Sadie Sink (ANNIE, Tuck Everlasting), and many more. MATILDA THE MUSICAL Announces Rush Policy

MATILDA THE MUSICAL, produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers, is currently in previews at Broadway's Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street). The show has just announced its rush policy effective immediately: $27 student rush tickets for MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be available for Monday through Thursday performances (excluding Thursday, March 28 and Thursday, April 11, 2013). There will be a minimum of 20 tickets available per performance.

According to the Telegraph, the West End hit musical version of Roald Dahl's Matilda is undergoing some last-minute changes before it opens on Broadway in April. After several previews, some of the lyrics are being revised for American audiences.
