Last week, Mill Valley resident Noralee Monestere McKersie became the development director of Marin Theatre Company. Formerly, the associate director of major and special gifts of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco and executive director of the Marin Symphony, McKersie assumed her full-time duties at MTC on February 18, 2014.

The event was held at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre to raise money for Shifting Shakespeare.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL, produced by The Royal Shakespeare Company and The Dodgers, is currently in previews at Broadway's Shubert Theatre (225 West 44th Street). The show has just announced its rush policy effective immediately: $27 student rush tickets for MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be available for Monday through Thursday performances (excluding Thursday, March 28 and Thursday, April 11, 2013). There will be a minimum of 20 tickets available per performance.
