On Monday, May 11 the Theater People podcast welcomes 2015 Tony-nominee, Tony Yazbeck. Currently starring in the critically acclaimed and Tony nominated Broadway revival of ON THE TOWN, Tony opens up about how the role first came to him for the 2008 Encores production, his experience with the pre-Broadway run at Barrington Stage, and how, as a true triple threat, he was particularly suited to play the role on Broadway.

Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig welcome back Tony Award-winner Billy Porter to Kinky Boots tonight, April 28. Porter will step back into the heels of 'Lola' after a three month hiatus. Kyle Taylor Parker, who took over the role in Porter's absence, will head back on the road to continue strutting his stuff as Lola in the First National Touring Production of Kinky Boots.

Both girls have lost family members to cancer and decided to help raise funds for research at the hospital where Presley's grandfather was treated. Songs4Sloan will be performed by the girls and their friends from the Broadway/NYC theatre community on Monday May 11 at 7pm at the Soho Playhouse (15 Vandam Street), New York, New York.

The Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots is still bringing audiences to their feet nightly at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street). The show has enlisted the help of Broadway's favorite pint-sized critic, Iain Armitage, to spread the message of the musical to kids everywhere.
