There will almost be as much couture candy to see in the audience as there will be on the runway as Dallas fashionistas gather at FIRST SIGHT FASHION SHOW AND LUNCHEON, The Dallas Opera's fantastic 2015-2016 Season kick-off event! The C. Vincent Prothro Lobby in the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House will be transformed into a fashion venue complete with runway and Dallas' most glamorous models donning designs. Featured will be the latest from British luxury brand Mulberry, for which a boutique opened this year at NorthPark Center. The extravagant event is chaired by Ellen and Don Winspearwith Honorary chairs Mrs. Micki Rawlings and The Honorable Michael S. Rawlings; Mrs. Rawlings is also the luncheon chair.         

Chicago Opera Theater's General Director Andreas Mitisek today announced plans for the company's 42nd season. Chicago Opera Theater(COT) is shifting from a calendar year season to the more common fall-through-spring theater season. Kicking off the new 2015/16 season will be the Chicagopremiere of Mozart's Lucio Silla. Written in 1772, it displays the mature talents of the 16-year old prodigy in a gripping story about love, conspiracies, and revenge. With its scintillating score and awe-inspiring arias, Silla will be performed September 26, 30 and October 2, 4, 2015.

Tim Realbuto's 'Live In Living Color', a benefit concert honoring Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, which was cancelled last Tuesday due to an electrical issue at the venue has been rescheduled for Monday, June 15th at 9:30 PM.

Writer/performer Alice Eve Cohen, whose solo play What I Thought I Knew closed the 2012-2013 Kitchen Theatre Company season, is back with another play to close another successful season at the Kitchen. Thin Walls is a one-woman play set in a century-old New York City residential hotel, once elegant but now crumbling. This darkly humorous and moving play interweaves stories of the building's long-term residents, its recent arrivals, and its ghosts. Audiences who loved What I Thought I Knew will love this one too! Seattle Center Festal:  Spirit of Indigenous People promotes the value of all Native Americans, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., today, May 30, in Seattle Center Armory and Mural Amphitheatre. The 2015 summer season at the Washington Crossing Open Air Theatre begins with a musical comedy that's so much fun it shouldn't be legal! Legally Blonde the Musical is set for a two weekend run at the outdoor venue from Friday, May 29 through Sunday, June 7. Performances are Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 pm.

Masters and Johnson's research touched off the sexual revolution and took them from a mid-western teaching hospital in St. Louis to the cover of Time magazine. Donovan plays Graham, a confident scientist whose relationship with Margaret Scully (Allison Janney) brings them to Masters and Johnson's clinic.

Starsky + Cox - the couple named "Psychics to the Stars" by Vanity Fair, known for their international best-selling book Sextrology - will bring this season's premier installment of  STARRING - A Midsummer's Evening of Entertaining Enlightenment to Joe's Pub at The Public Theater on Sunday, June 21 at 7:00 PM for the summer solstice.
