Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) will conclude its 33rd season with the World Premiere of the new musical, DOGFIGHT, featuring music and lyrics by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, a book by Peter Duchan and directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello. Winner of the prestigious 2011 Richards Rodgers Award for Musical Theatre, DOGFIGHT will be performed at Second Stage's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd street) this summer. Sundance Institute announced today the films selected to screen in the out-of-competition Premieres and Documentary Premieres sections of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Included in this year's line-up is Price Check, featuring Cheyenne Jackson, Parker Posey, and Annie Parisse.The Festival will be held January 19 through 29 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. 'Breaking Dawn,' the final installment in the popular 'Twilight Saga' of books and films, will be broken into two separate films, deadline.com reports. The first half of 'Breaking Dawn' will be released on November 18, 2011; production on the film will begin in fall 2010.

A brand new trailer for TWILIGHT:BREAKING DAWN Part 1 has just been released. In the trailer, The Cullen family are seeking blood to save Bella's (Kristen Stewart) life as shows Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) tells Carlisle (Peter Facinelli) and Esme Cullen (Elizabeth Reaser) that the vampires have exhausted their blood supply.

Originally set to run through Sunday, December 13, the limited engagement will now play through Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the theater company's Mainstage Theater (416 West 42nd Street). This date represents the latest extension possible for the show.
