THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's new contemporary cabaret club - will present stage and screen star Nancy Ticotin in her new show "The F Words: Fiery, Fabulous and Fierce" on Thursday, December 20 at 9:30 PM. Ticotin has been called "a Force of Nature" in On Your Feet, and that will be on display when she debuts this evening of songs from Chaka Khan, Laura Nyro, Gloria Estefan, Edith Piaf, Barbra Streisand, Brazilian sambas and more, in addition to some unexpected musical surprises. The eclectic show is directed by Mark Waldrop, and features Spiros Exaras on guitar, George Casas from Miami Sound Machine on bass, Victor Pablo from On Your Feet on percussion, and Clay Otswald from Miami Sound Machine on piano.

For well over a year the Tony-nominee Christine Andreas has been very focused on the Edith Piaf canon, performing an assortment of set pieces built around the renowned Frenchwoman's work, culminating - so far - in a new CD and the solo production PIAF: NO REGRETS.

Bay Area Cabaret welcomes renowned singer, actress and recording artist Christine Andreas, Sunday, December 2 at 5:00 p.m. with the West Coast debut of her acclaimed show, PIAF-No Regrets, following two successful runs in New York and one in London. Christine brings to life the triumphs and heartbreaks of the famed French chanteuse, in her own words and those of her friends-and of course-her music.

Broadway's Christine Andreas will celebrate the release of her newest album 'Piaf: No Regrets' based on her successful one woman show which is touring the country and just finished an engagement in London, with shows at New York's Feinstein's/54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on November 8, 9 and 10th at 7 pm.

The soundtrack for 'A Star Is Born,' starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga has debuted at number 1 on the Billboard charts according to The Hollywood Reporter. The album sold 231,000 units the week of October 11, making it the best selling movie soundtrack in over three and a half years. 

Broadway award-winning star and concert star Christine Andreas will release her newest album Christine Andreas Piaf-No Regrets on PS Classics   on November 9th , 2018.  Christine is currently touring the U.S. and abroad with her much-acclaimed one-woman show Piaf, No Regrets.  This new CD was recorded in London this past summer with a 36- piece orchestra, conducted and orchestrated by Larry Blank and produced by Martin Silvestri. Singing both in English and in French, Andreas draws from her one-woman show, where she was   lauded by The New York Times...' Andreas's ravishing voice with its rapid vibrato, metallic edge…(and) snapping emotional electricity, has made her a potent interpreter of Piaf.'

A year ago, almost to the day, Alan Cumming made his debut with the Celebrity Series of Boston, performing his touring show SINGS SAPPY SONGS at Sanders Theatre. This time around, Cumming and his quartet of crack musicians took the stage Sunday night at the considerably larger Symphony Hall, wowing the sold out house with his cabaret program LEGAL IMMIGRANT. Cumming tells stories at least as much as he sings, but his eclectic musical selections are made all the more compelling with Musical Director Lance Horne on piano, virtuoso cellist Eleanor Norton, young newcomer Riley Mulherkar on trumpet, and Chris Jago alternating between drums and guitar.
