The Nordic International Film Festival is now in its 4th year. Due to popular demand and a higher number of film submissions, this year the festival has been expanded to 5 Days, making it the biggest Nordic festival outside of Europe.  The 4th Nordic International Film Festival (NIFF) will be held from October 31st – November 4th at Scandinavia House in New York.

On Thursday, October 11 at 8:00 PM, iconic British comedian Eddie Izzard makes his Sarasota premiere on the Van Wezel stage for his Believe Me Tour, based on his best-selling book by the same name. Funny and emotional, the show highlights Izzard's characteristic fascination with the ridiculous, and reveals the man behind the stand-up in a unique, unforgettable performance.

Organizers of the 2018 KeyBank Rochester Fringe Festival (September 12-22) are excited to announce that Eddie Izzard will be its 2018 comedy headliner on Friday, September 21 at 7 p.m. in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre, performing his hilarious and revealing show, Believe Me. Tickets start at $26 (fees included) and will go on sale this Thursday, June 14 at 10 a.m.

Hannah Gadsby's critically acclaimed and multi-award winning show, Nanette, has been extended for the third time running off-Broadway at The SoHo Playhouse. The new set of NYC performances will run June 20 through June 30 following two Los Angeles performances at Largo on June 6 and 7, 2018. Presented by WestBeth Entertainment, SoHo Playhouse, Barrow Street Productions and Token Events, tickets are on sale now for all performances.
