Greater Tuna plays have been a Memphis tradition since the 1990's. A Tuna Christmas, Directed by Ann Marie Hall (Singin' in the Rain), the second in this series, is a wild yuletide caper that introduces us to the eccentric residents of Tuna--Texas' third-smallest town.

No Strings Theatre Company presents 'Greater Tuna' an entertaining and engaging comedy by Jaston Williams, Ed Howard, and Joe Sears, directed by NSTC's Artistic Director, Ceil Herman. 'Greater Tuna' is now performing in Deming NM at the Voiers Park Theatre in a beautiful outdoor space. The final performance is 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29.

No Strings Theatre Company announces its 2013-2014 Season.

Lakewood Theatre Company will begin its 61st season with six productions on its Mainstage and three productions on its Side Door stage beginning today, July 12, 2013.

Slamming doors, trysts and secret assignations abound when no one is whom they appear to be in this hilarious, head-spinning bedroom comedy. The show runs tonight, June 28 - August 11, 2013.

Coming up at 54 BELOW, the performance venue located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond. 54 Below also launched its series of late night events. Joining Tuesday nights' popular "Backstage" with Susie Mosher is the "54 Piano Bar," a new vocal competition - 'The Callback," and more, including: stage and television star Laura Benanti, High Fidelity in Concert, WGBO Jazz Series: Karrin Allyson Quartet, Tony winner Frances Ruffelle, Charlie Rosen's Broadway Big Band, Sondheim Unplugged and Simply Streisand.

Jazz at Lincoln Center payed tribute to cabaret icon Bobby Short, with host James Naughton on May 15, and Michael Feinstein on May 16. Music Director Tedd Firth exhibits Short's signature songs alongside some of today's brightest stars of cabaret and Broadway, including guest vocalists Paula West, T.
