Ed Helms To Narrate Disneynature's PENGUINS

Ed Helms (“The Office,” “The Hangover” trilogy, “The Daily Show with John Stewart”) is diving in with “Penguins” this spring as narrator of Disneynature's upcoming theatrical feature. The coming-of-age story follows an Adélie penguin named Steve who joins millions of fellow males in the icy Antarctic spring on a quest to build a suitable nest, find a life partner and start a family. None of it comes easily for him, especially considering he's targeted by everything from killer whales to leopard seals, who unapologetically threaten his happily ever after.

Vulture to Return to Park City with the Vulture Spot

Vulture will return to Park City, Utah, with its exclusive media studio the Vulture Spot for a third year in a row from January 25–28, where editors will interview and photograph top talent from Sundance's most anticipated films. The video and photo content produced inside the studio will be showcased on vulture.com and Vulture's Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts over the course of the festival and beyond. Sponsors for the Vulture Spot include Autograph Collection Hotels, Roku, and Woolrich. In addition, Autograph Collection Hotels and the Cut will co-host a “How I Get It Done” at Sundance Film Festival panel, the Cut's recurring event series about work/life balance, ambition, and success. Autograph Collection Hotels and Vulture will reunite that evening for an intimate celebration championing the philanthropic efforts of the Art of Elysium together with David Arquette and Shanola Hampton. Wrapping up the weekend, Vulture will host a brunch celebrating Girls Weekend, as well as IFC's Documentary Now! after-party, co-hosted with IFC.

Taped again in front of a live audience at Kings Theatre Brooklyn anddirected by Sandra Restrepo, the first special debuts FRIDAY, FEB. 8 (11:00 p.m.-midnight ET/PT), exclusively on HBO, followed by three more shows subsequent Fridays at the same time. Sundance Institute adds five feature films and a Special Event to the 2019 Sundance Film Festival's robust slate of independent work today, alongside announcing the winner of the 2019 Alfred P. Sloan Feature Film Prize, seven Day One films and the Closing Night Film. The Festival will take place in Park City, Salt Lake City and at Sundance Mountain Resort January 24-February 4, 2019.

Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) today announced more than $123.6 million has been pledged collectively so far in connection with the star-studded Sept. 7 'roadblock' fundraising telecast in the United States and Canada. The funds pledged toward the SU2C scientific model will be directed to collaborative research programs utilizing SU2C's scientific oversight in both the United States and Canada.
