Theater Works 30th Season continues with the YouthWorks production Charlotte's Web opening Friday, March 4. Get caught up in Charlotte's web as this colorful, fun and timeless story is spun on to the stage. Meet all the fascinating characters: Wilbur, an endearing piglet in grave danger of becoming bacon; Fern, a young girl who loves animals and wants to save him; Templeton, the gluttonous rat who can occasionally be talked into a good deed; and Charlotte, the wise and winsome spider who proves what true friendship is all about.
Westport Country Playhouse's Family Festivities Series will present "Charlotte's Web," a musical based on E.B. White's story of the friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a spider named Charlotte, on Sunday, February 28, for three performances, at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 4 p.m. Running time is approximately one hour. Produced by TheaterWorksUSA, the show is recommended for grades K - 5. Tickets are $20.
Theatreworks USA will continue its 2016 weekend family performance series this Saturday, February 13th, with Henry and Mudge? was adapted by bookwriter/lyricist Kait Kerrigan and composer/lyricist Brian Lowdermilk (Jonathan Larson Award-winners) and is based on the best-selling books by Cynthia Rylant, illustrated by Sucie Stevenson. Henry and Mudge premiered Off-Broadway in July 2006 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. This 60-minute musical is recommended for ages 4 and up.

The Off-Broadway premiere of The Lightning Thief was nominated for Outstanding Musical by the Lortel Awards in 2015. This 60-minute musical is recommended for audiences age 8 and up.
