The Buck Creek Players will end their 2011-2012 season 'It Takes Two' with The Playhouse Players Youth Production of Thoroughly Modern Millie Junior. Opening Friday, July 27th, and running for two weekends through Sunday, August 5th, curtain times will be at 8:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with 2:30 p.m. matinees offered on Sunday. The Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA) has announced additions to the faculty in the school's Music and Dance departments. Classes are now underway in FSPA's 25th anniversary season under the direction of founder Raye Lynn Mercer. Since 1985 the school has offered programs for serious study in the arts as well as classes for recreation at 38 Main Street in downtown Franklin.
