Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Artistic Director, Mark W. Jones-Executive Director) is proud to announce that Dennis Stowe has joined the all-star cast of Smokey Joe's Café. Mr. Stowe is replacing the previously announced Devin Richards who had to withdraw from the production due to an injury. Directed by Mark S. Hoebee with choreography by Denis Jones, Smokey Joe's Café will run at the Millburn theater from April 7 through May 2, 2010. Smokey Joe's Café is proudly sponsored by American Airlines, the official airline of Paper Mill Playhouse. Press Opening is Sunday, April 11th at 7:00pm

Kearns Artist Services and COMIX continue their new cabaret series 'Out of the Ensemble' on March 23rd at 8pm in COMIX's Copper Room, featuring performers from current and past Broadway shows and national tours. Andy Kelso (Mamma Mia!, Two Rooms at The Active Theater), Erica Mansfield (A Chorus Line Broadway National Tour, Mamma Mia!), Gerard Salvador (Mamma Mia!, Producer of Friends with Benefits Cabaret), Jessica Stewart (Fiddler on the Roof at The Village Light Opera) and Dennis Stowe (Shrek the Musical, The Apple Tree) will be performing at this month's series.

DreamWorks Theatricals & Neal Street Productions have announced that a new block of tickets are now available for SHREK THE MUSICAL. The award-winning hit new Broadway musical is now on sale through May 30, 2010. Beginning November 10th, Ben Crawford will perform the title role of ?Shrek'. Crawford replaces Tony Award® nominee Brian d'Arcy James, who departs after the performance on Sunday, November 8th to appear in Manhattan Theatre Club's production of Time Stands Still.

Due to popular demand, the hit song "I'm a Believer" has been added to the smash Broadway musical, SHREK THE MUSICAL®. Since the musical opened on Broadway last year, an instrumental version of the classic 1960s song was played as patrons left the theatre. Now, beginning with the performance on Friday, October 2nd, the entire company will perform "I'm a Believer."

SHREK THE MUSICAL welcomes Robb Sapp to the company in the role of Pinocchio beginning Tuesday, August 18th. Tony Award® nominee John Tartaglia, who originated the role of Pinocchio, is scheduled to return to the show following a leave of absence on Tuesday, December 15th.
