Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show will arrive at The Colonial Theatre on March 24 at 8pm to 'recreate one of the famous Summit at the Sands hotel shows at a time when the Rat Pack was creating hipster legend.' With what's being described as 'uncanny vocal recreations of hits like 'That's Amore,' 'Fly Me to the Moon,' 'Mr. Bojangles,' and more, Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show will have the audience feeling as if ol' blue eyes were alive and singing again.'

There is much to like about Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show, which played at the beautiful McCallum Theatre for three sold out performances on March 2 and 3.
Like so many others, I would have loved to have had the chance to witness the "real" Rat Pack hold court in the world famous Copa Room some fifty years ago and so I was greatly anticipating an evening that promised to deliver the next best thing. For the most part, it kept its promise.
