The Crusade of Connor Stephens, a new play written and directed by Dewey Moss, will begin an open-ended run at Off-Broadway's Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center on June 17, 2017. Opening night is scheduled for June 26.

BELIEVERS by Ken Jaworowski, a haunting drama, tests that assumption with the generational tale of a couple who marry in a state of faith but find their belief undone twenty years later when life tests them more severely than people ought to be. WorkShop Theater, 312 West 36th Street, will present the play's world premiere run tonight, September 25 to October 17, directed by Alex Dmitriev.

Mission to (dit)Mars Welcomes Four New Members to Propulsion Lab

The four new members are Lisa Huberman (Woodside), David Lawson (Astoria), Kristine M. Reyes (Astoria) and Tyler Rivenbark (Sunnyside). Along with current members of the Propulsion Lab, each playwright will focus on writing a new full-length play over the course of the year. The new members were selected by Mission to (dit)Mars co-founders Kari-Bentley-Quinn, Don Nguyen, Meredith Packer and Laura Pestronk. The writers group meets bi-weekly in Queens and is facilitated by Kari Bentley-Quinn and Don Nguyen.
