Directed by Daniel Goldstein and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Christopher Gattelli (South Pacific), Opening Night is Monday, November 7 (7 p.m.). Producer Ken Davenport announced today that a limited number of $30 rush seats will be made available via lottery for the much-anticipated OPENING NIGHT PERFORMANCE of the first-ever Broadway revival of the legendary rock musical GODSPELL!

Directed by Daniel Goldstein and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Christopher Gattelli (South Pacific), the show will open on Monday, November 7. Bring It On: The Musical, the explosive new musical comedy that raises the stakes on over-the-top high school rivalries, just opened at Los Angeles' Center Theatre Group on October 30. Set against the world of competitive cheerleading, this powerhouse new show hilariously proves that winning isn't everything when it means losing something - or someone - you really care about. Bring It On: The Musical combines an exciting fresh sound, gravity-defying choreography, and a thrilling story to create a total theatrical event worth cheering for. Patti LuPone, who will star in Broadway's AN EVENING WITH PATTI LUPONE AND MANDY PATINKIN, will appear on WOR Radio's Joan Hamburg Show this Wednesday, November 2 from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. AN EVENING WITH PATTI LUPONE AND MANDY PATINKIN begins performances Wednesday, November 16 at 8pm at the Barrymore Theatre, 243 West 47th Street.

Bring It On: The Musical will launch the National Tour at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles on October 30.

Producers Fran Kirmser and Tony Ponturo (Lombardi) will next present MAGIC/BIRD on Broadway, reuniting with Tony-nominated director Thomas Kail (Lombardi, In The Heights) and Lombardi playwright and Oscar winner and Emmy Nominee Eric Simonson. The new play chronicles the intertwined life stories of two of the most influential figures in sports and pop culture of the past 25 years, basketball Hall of Famers Larry Bird and Earvin ‘Magic' Johnson. According to an audition notice out today, the production will go into rehearsal on January 23, 2012 and begin previews on February 27. An opening date and theater have yet to be announced.
