Harry Connick Jr., Nick Jonas Set for BROADWAY TALKS Series

92nd Street Y has announced that Jordan Roth, President of Jujamcyn Theaters, continues the new season of his popular interview series, "Broadway Talks with Jordan Roth," with Harry Connick, Jr. (On a Clear Day You Can See Forever) on Tuesday, February 7th at 8:00 p.m. and Nick Jonas (How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying) on Sunday, March 4th at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are from $29 and are available at www.92Y.org/BroadwayTalks or by calling 212.415.5500.

The evening, hosted by Award-winning comedian (and Williamstown veteran) Lewis Black, featured former WTF alumni Tony Goldwyn (Promises, Promises; 1981 Non-Equity Company), Kathryn Hahn (Revolutionary Road, 1997 Non-Equity Company) and Constantine Maroulis ('American Idol,' 2002 WTF Apprentice), performing with members of the 2011 Apprentice and Non-Equity companies. Photo Coverage: STANDING ON CEREMONY: THE GAY MARRIAGE PLAYS Celebrates New York Premiere

The Off Broadway production of Standing On Ceremony kicked off its open-ended run on November 7. Conceived by Brian Shnipper and directed by Stuart Ross, Standing On Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays began as a series of benefit events in Los Angeles, taking on a life of their own as an inspiring theatrical evening. The New York cast features Craig Bierko, Mark Consuelos, Polly Draper, Harriet Harris, Beth Leavel and Richard Thomas. The production opened officially last night, November 13, and BroadwayWorld was there!

Lewis Black to Host Williamstown Theatre Festival Gala, 11/14

The Williamstown Theatre Festival (Jenny Gersten, Artistic Director) will honor the Festival's renowned Training Programs at its Annual Benefit, 'We The Future,' to be held on Monday, November 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Edison Ballroom in New York City (240 West 47th Street), it was announced today. Brian Stokes Mitchell, David Hyde Pierce Set for Acting Company Gala, 11/14

At The Acting Company's Masquerade Gala on November 14 at Capitale, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Joseph Benincasa, Chairman and President respectively of The Actors Fund, will accept the Joan Warburg Humanitarian Award honoring the Fund's extraordinary legacy of providing health and human services to the entertainment community since 1882. James Bundy, Dean of Yale School of Drama and Artistic Director of Yale Repertory Theatre, will receive the John Houseman Award recognizing his profound commitment to the development of classical actors and a national audience for the theater. David Hyde Pierce and Charles S. Dutton will present the awards; the Godspell cast will entertain and Acting Company Alumnus Hamish Linklater (Seminar) emcees the evening for an industry-filled audience of producers, directors, entertainers and other notables including The Honorable Thomas Kean, legendary record producer Clive Davis, New York Times writer Enid Nemy and The Broadway League's Charlotte St. Martin.
