Celebrating 15 years, The Trevor Project will honor Arianna Huffington with the Trevor Hero Award at "TrevorLIVE New York" on June 16th at the Marriott Marquis, presented by Wells Fargo. Huffington will be honored for her ongoing support of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) community. The award will be presented at The Trevor Project's high-profile evening of music, comedy and entertainment which brings together top entertainers, advocates and corporate leaders to support the organization's life-saving, life-affirming work for LGBT and questioning youth in crisis.

Among the Stroman collaborators offering tributes was Theatre World Award winning actor Jason Danieley (Next to Normal, Curtains, The Full Monty, Candide) and New York City Ballet's Tiler Peck performing a selection from Little Dancer, Taylor Mac performing a selection from The Last Two People on Earth, Tony nominee Marin Mazzie performing from Bullets Over Broadway; and Contact collaborator John Weidman, Karen Ziemba performing a selection from Crazy For You, and cast members from The Scottsboro Boys: John Cullum, Brandon Victor Dixon, Shavey Brown, Max Kumangai, James T. On Sunday, BroadwayWorld produced an elegant and elaborate celebration all about the man behind the music for such legendary and unforgettable musicals as GYPSY, FUNNY GIRL, GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES, PETER PAN and many more - the incomparable Jule Styne - all to honor the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of America. It was an unforgettable night, as those in the audience and watching the livestream can attest, and we have already provided multiple exclusive and extensive looks behind the scenes (here and here) showcasing the sights and sounds of the night and the preparation for it, kicking off earlier this week with some fabulous photo sets provided by our esteemed team of photographers, and today we bring you an all access pass to view the onstage action, as well.
