Boston Public Works Theater Company to Premiere HARD AND FAST: A LOVE STORY, 11/20

The world premiere of the full-length play, HARD AND FAST: A LOVE STORY, is set for November 20 at 8:00 p.m. at the Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA (539 Tremont Street, South End, Boston, MA). This high-octane story about love, obsession, and fast cars, written by Jess Foster, is the first production of Boston Public Works Theater Company's second season.

ATG Acquires ACE Theatrical Group in the U.S.

Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) - the world's number one live-theatre company with over 40 venues - has signed a deal to acquire ACE Theatrical Group (ACE), a company which specialises in the operation, design, development and construction of world class, live performance venues throughout North America. This brings the total number of ATG venues to 45 in the UK, Australia and North America, including the two biggest theatrical markets - Broadway and London's West End.

The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC), the largest multi-arts festival in North America, will present the 19th Annual Festival from August 14 - 30, 2015. This year the festival will present programming by 185 of the world's best emerging theatre troupes and dance companies in 16 venues in downtown Manhattan. With attendance topping 75,000 people, FringeNYC is New York City's fifth largest event (just behind New York International Auto Show, Tribeca Film Festival, New York City Marathon, and New York Comic Con). Tickets go on sale today -- Friday, July 17, 2015.
