Photo Flash: An Instagram Look at F#%KING UP EVERYTHING, Beginning Off-Broadway Tonight

Jeremy Handelman/Off The Leash Productions kicks off the Off-Broadway Premiere of F#%KING UP EVERYTHING, the award-winning rock musical comedy by David Eric Davis and Sam Forman this week, beginning its open-ended run tonight, March 15 and opening March 24, 2013. Off-Broadway Rock Musical F#%KING UP EVERYTHING Begins at Elektra Theatre Tonight

Bowing to public pressure over the use of the word 'f#@king' in its title, the producer of the hit rock musical comedy F#@king Up Everything, which previously announced plans for its off-Broadway debut this month at the Elektra Theatre, also announced last month that the name of the show had been changed. It will now be known as F#%KING UP EVERYTHING.

TRU to Host 2013 COMBINED AUDITION EVENT, 4/6-7

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) announces that submissions are open for the TRU 2013 Combined Audition Event, produced by Jaye Maynard and Michelle Slonim, and presented in association with Actors Access, Actors Connection, Modernage/HeadshotRepros.com, People's Improv Theater (The PIT), The Players Theatre, Ripley Grier Studios, Studio 7 Photography, TheaterMania, Wag That Reel and Weist-Barron Studios. Auditions will take place Saturday and Sunday, April 6-7, 2013 from 10am-6pm at People's Improv Theater (The PIT), 123 East 24th Street, NYC. Early bird registration is $50 ($40 for AEA and TRU members) before March 5. From March 6 to registration closing on March 25, the fee is $75 ($65 for AEA and TRU members).

Off-Broadway Rock Musical F#%KING UP EVERYTHING Changes Name; Begins at Elektra Theatre 3/15

Bowing to public pressure over the use of the word 'f#@king' in its title, the producer of the hit rock musical comedy F#@KING UP EVERYTHING, which last week announced plans for its off-Broadway debut in March at the Elektra Theatre, announced today that the name of the show has been changed. It will now be known as F#%KING UP EVERYTHING.

Emma Hunton Joins GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN Readings

Producer Eric S. Goldman has announced that Emma Hunton (Spring Awakening - Broadway; Rent - Off Broadway; Next to Normal - First National Tour) will be joining Max Von Essen in the two industry readings of Billy Butler's GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, on Monday, February 4th at 6pm & Tuesday, February 5th at 11am at the 45th Street Theatre, in preparation for a future Off-Broadway run. The readings are produced in association with aka Studio Productions, Louis Hobson and Seattle's Balagan Theatre. The production is directed by award winning director Rachel Klein. Aaron Grant serves as Executive Producer with Kelvin Productions as General Manager.

Max Von Essen to Lead Industry Readings of GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN

Noted Entertainment attorney, Eric S. Goldman, will present two industry readings of Billy Butler's GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, on Monday, February 4th at 6pm & Tuesday, February 5th at 11am at the 45th Street Theatre, in preparation for a future Off-Broadway run. The readings are produced in association with aka Studio Productions, Louis Hobson and Seattle's Balagan Theatre. The production is directed by award winning director Rachel Klein "the Mistress of the Macabre" (FlavorPill Magazine). Aaron Grant serves as Executive Producer with Kelvin Productions as General Manager.

Right from the Broadway production of Godspell, Hannah Elless joins the cast of Michael Ogborn's award winning musical Baby Case, playing the role of Adela St. John. Baby Case is directed by Jeremy Dobrish and produced by Charlie Fink, Michael Ogborn, Robert Soslow, Juliana Schauerman, Dorothy Flynn, Caroline Castagno, Glenn Gunderson, Kathy Lou Leone, Diane Santillo, and Anne Makara. Baby Case plays from tonight, July 16 - July 22, 2012, at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 W 42 St). Baby Case is presented by The New York Musical Theatre Festival.

MAMMA MIA!'s Andrew Chappelle Crowned Winner at BROADWAY BEAUTY PAGEANT

Andrew Chappelle, Mr. Mamma Mia!, was crowned as winner of the sold out, sixth annual Broadway Beauty Pageant held Monday evening at Symphony Space. The event raised $75,000 to benefit the Ali Forney Center, which provides shelter to homeless LGBT youth in New York City.

Robin Strasser Joins A Tomato Can't Grow in the Bronx Reading

Executive Producer Aaron Grant has announced the addition of Emmy Award-winning actress Robin Strasser to the cast of the reading of Gary Morgenstein's new play, A TOMATO CAN'T GROW IN THE BRONX at the Jerry Orbach Theatre at the Snapple Theatre Center on December 20, 2011 at 3:30pm.
