MCC Theater Announces Talkbacks For WILD ANIMALS YOU SHOULD KNOW

MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) announced today that the world premiere production of Wild Animals You Should Know, will host a series of post-show talkbacks, beginning Tuesday, November 8 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC).

Alice Ripley, Patrick Breen, Gideon Glick, et al. Set for MCC's WILD ANIMALS YOU SHOULD KNOW; Opening 11/20

MCC THEATER today announced that John Behlmann (The 39 Steps), MCC Theater founding member Patrick Breen (The Normal Heart), Gideon Glick (Spring Awakening), Jay Armstrong Johnson (Catch Me If You Can), Tony Award-winner Alice Ripley (Next To Normal), and Daniel Stewart Sherman (Desire Under the Elms) will star in the world premiere production of Wild Animals You Should Know, by Thomas Higgins. The production will be directed by Trip Cullman (A Small Fire, Bachelorette). Tickets go on-sale October 3, 2011. Performances begin at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC) on November 3, 2011 and continue through December 11, 2011. An official opening is set for Sunday, November 20, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

Ballard And McNee Cast In Silbert's MEASURE FOR MEASURE For The RSC

RSC Associate Director Roxana Silbert is directing a new production of Shakespeare's Measure for Measure in the Swan Theatre as part of the Winter Season. The play previews from 17 November 2011 and runs in repertoire in the Swan Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon until 10 March 2012.

Sam Rockwell, Jessica Hecht and Ana Reeder lead A Streetcar Named Desire at Williamstown Theatre Festival, which began performances on June 22 and runs through July 3. The production also features Michael Bradley Cohen, Esteben Andres Cruz, Jennifer Engstrom, Vella Lovell, Crystal Lucas-Perry, Emily Simoness, Daniel Stewart Sherman, Lou Sumrall, and Kirby Ward. Maura Tierney, Steven Weber-Led THREE HOTELS Opens at WTF

Artistic Director Jenny Gersten announced today additional casting for the Main Stage productions for the 2011 Williamstown Theatre Festival (WTF), the company's 57th season and the first under Ms. Gersten's leadership.

Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced the complete cast for A Streetcar Named Desire, which runs June 22 through July 3. The production will be led by Jessica Hecht, Sam Rockwell and Ana Reeder, and will also star Michael Bradley Cohen, Esteben Andres Cruz, Jennifer Engstrom, Vella Lovell, Crystal Lucas-Perry, Emily Simoness ,Daniel Stewart Sherman, Lou Sumrall, and Kirby Ward.
