De Frente Productions is a new company founded by two Argentinian women, Ivi Uman and Camila Zitelli. Both graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and proceeded to finish their Bachelor in Fine Arts at The New School in Manhattan.

Immigrant Artists and Scholars in New York (IASNY) Playwrights Across Borders plan to celebrate Women Artists History Month at the storied Nuyorican Poets Café (236 East 3rd ST. New York, NY 10009) on Saturday, March 14, 1 - 3 pm with an afternoon of IMMIGRANT WOMEN'S MONOLOGUES written by 13 fabulous women playwrights/artists:

'Before This New Year,' a coming-of-age identity and right-of-first-passage love story by playwright Liana Sonenclar, will play a reading for industry on Monday, November 19th at 7 PM, at the Jerry Orbach Theater at the Theater Center at 210 West 50th Street, and will feature a notable cast. The play is helmed by director Kimberly Loren Eaton, who has been working on the development of the piece with Sonenclar the past several months through her creative development and production company Theatrum Mundi Productions.

Christine Ebersole, the two-time Tony Award winner and star of 'War Paint,' 'Grey Gardens,' '42nd Street' and more, will be honored at The Workshop Theater's fifth annual unGALA on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Manhattan Penthouse, 80 Fifth Ave. (17th Floor), NYC.

The winner of the 'Public Schools Sing LIBERTY 125!' contest is the choir from the Brooklyn High School of the Arts, it has been announced by Theresa Wozunk, producer of LIBERTY A Monumental New Musical.

In celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the dedication of the Statue of Liberty, the Off-Broadway bound musical LIBERTY A Monumental New Musical announces the 'Public Schools Sing LIBERTY 125!' contest.
