The 92Y TALKS presented an evening with the stars and director of the new Broadway musical The Bridges of Madison County prior to it's opening on Broadway. A talk with 'Bridges' Four-Time Tony Award-nominee Kelli O'Hara, Steven Pasquale, and Tony Award-Winning director Bartlett Sher was moderated by Tony Award winning composer/lyricist Adam Guettel in the 92Y's Buttenwieser Hall. THE FANTASTICKS, the world's longest running musical, will celebrate a record breaking 20,000th New York performance, on Sunday, September 15, 2013, announced producers Catherine Russell and Al Parinello. The milestone will mark the first time a production (on Broadway or off-Broadway) has ever reached 20,000 performances and will be commemorated in a month long celebration that includes performing at Broadway in Bryant Park and Little Italy, and with The Museum of The City of New York's future cyber gallery highlighting the history of the production.

Triple platinum recording artist Aaron Carter will be performing his final week as Matt in The Fantasticks. His last performance will be on Sunday Feb. 17, 2013 at 7:30 PM. Carter is leaving the production to do a national tour.
George Dvorsky, who most recently starred in the critically acclaimed revival of CLOSER THAN EVER at the York Theater has joined the cast of The Fantasticks in the role of the narrator El Gallo, as of yesterday, January 21. He replaces actor Richard Roland.
