Broadway stars Barbara Walsh (Company) and Stephanie D'Abruzzo (Avenue Q) join Bill Connington, the star of ZOMBIE, in performing in a benefit reading of Oscar Wilde's classic comedy, The Importance of Being Earnest ("A Trivial Comedy for Serious People"). Also in the cast are William Connell (The Coast of Utopia), Vivienne Cleary (Peace Warriors), Annmarie Benedict (Robeson), D.H. Johnson (Dodsworth), and Oliver Houser (Spring Awakening, Virginia Rep).
The New York Society Library and Razors Edge Productions will presenting award-winning actor Bill Connington (ZOMBIE), Emmy-nominated Paul Anthony Stewart (THE GUILDING LIGHT), and D. H. Johnson (DODSWORTH) in a staged reading of the award-winning comedy ART by Yasmina Reza. The play will be directed by Dan Cordle. The event takes place on Thursday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the New York Society Library, 53 East 79th Street, just east of Madison Avenue. First presented on Broadway in 1934, Dodsworth has not received a professional production in New York since, but will be revived at Metropolitan's home at 220 E 4th Street May 15th through June 6th, 2010.
