Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening, Wicked), and D. C. Anderson (Phantom of the Opera) will take on the roles of Mary Ann Monk and George Lusk for the July 17th concert at the Highline Ballroom in NYC.

Following its sold out premier, The Spotlight, an acclaimed Studio Senakwami production, returns to the majestic Appel Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center with a new array of performers on June 4 at 7:30pm.

Musical Theatre Factory, under the direction of Artistic Director, Shakina Nayfack, has announced that it will present four developmental presentations of THE DISAPPEARING MAN, a new folk opera with book, music and lyrics by Jahn Sood, direction by West Hyler and musical direction by Max Mamon, today, January 19th, at 2pm and 7pm and Saturday, January 21st, at 3pm and 8pm at the Robert Moss Theater, 440 Lafayette Street, 3rd floor.

The Gala is presented by NiCori Studios and Productions and will feature top notch Broadway and Television performers. The goal of the Gala is to help insure that no NiCori youth student is ever turned away due to financial hardship.

Drama Desk and OBIE-winning Transport Group has announced that Tyne Daly (Master Class, Mothers and Sons, It Shoulda Been You, Rabbit Hole), Jason Danieley (The Visit, Chicago), Hannah Elless (Bright Star, Godspell), and Marc Kudisch (Hand to God, Finding Neverland) will join Richard Thomas ('The Americans,' You Can't Take it With You) in its concert of A Man of No Importance, which takes places Monday, December 5 at 8pm at the Irene Diamond Stage at the Pershing Square Signature Center, 480 West 42nd Street.

Drama Desk and OBIE-winning Transport Group will present Picnic and Come Back, Little Sheba: William Inge in Repertory, directed by Artistic Director Jack Cummings III, two plays in rotating repertory as the centerpiece of its 2016-17 season.  Performances begin Thursday, February 23 and run through Sunday, April 23 at the Gym at Judson, 243 Thompson Street.  The opening night has been set for Sunday, March 26.

The limited engagement of How to Be an American! will play 10 performances only through September 25, 2016 at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (619 Lexington Avenue, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue). Just last night, Transport Group presented a benefit concert of the classic 1954 Comden & Green/Charlap & Leigh musical, Peter Pan. The evening, which was hosted by drag legend, Tony-nominated playwright, and Golden Age aficionado Charles Busch (The Divine Sister, The Tale of The Allergist's Wife), featured a cast that includes three-time Tony nominee Carolee Carmello (Finding Neverland), Drama Desk nominee Rachel Bay Jones (Dear Evan Hansen), Hannah Elless (Bright Star), Ann Harada (Cinderella), three-time Tony nominee Marc Kudisch (Hand to God), Tony nominee Tony Sheldon (Pricilla, Queen of the Desert), Paul Slade Smith (Finding Neverland), Drama Desk nominee Elizabeth Stanley (On the Town), Betsy Morgan(First Daughter Suite), Alexandra Silber (Fiddler on the Roof), D.C. More exciting casting has been announced for Transport Group's benefit concert celebrating the classic 1954 musical, Peter Pan.

The Summer Mainstage season kicks off at FST with the serenades of a not so traditional Barbershop quartet. Written by John Markus and Mark St. Germain, The Fabulous Lipitones, delivers the story of a broken barbershop quartet seeking their fourth member. The perfect harmony they desire is quickly thrown off key when they see "Bob," for the first time.
