Saugerties' Round the Bend Theatre will present a staged reading of D.L. Siegel's “Heartbeat Ophelia” on Saturday September 24 at 7:30pm and Sunday September 25 at 2:00pm on Bridge Street Theatre's “Priscilla” Mainstage, located at 44 West Bridge Street in Catskill, NY.

Downtown Urban Arts Festival (DUAF), an annual multi-disciplinary arts event -- with cultural offerings in theater, film, music and poetry -- presented in various downtown Manhattan venues, kicked off on Saturday, April 8th with a sold-out concert from legendary chart-topper Lisa Lisa ("I Wonder If I Take You Home," "Can You Feel the Beat," "All Cried Out," "Head to Toe," "Lost in Emotion") at Joe's Pub at The Public.

THEATER at Downtown Urban Arts Festival (DUAF) has announced the finalists for its 15th Anniversary season to run at the Cherry Lane Theatre and Joe's Pub at The Public Theater during spring 2017. The finalists were selected from over 100 submissions from some of the nation's most talented emerging playwrights. THEATER is produced by Creative Ammo Inc. and Reg E. Gaines, two-time Tony nominee, returns as THEATER's Artistic Director.

Artemisia, A Chicago Theatre announces its 2014 Fall Festival of Staged Readings. Performances will be held September 19 & 20and September 26 & 27 at Holy Covenant United Methodist Church, 925 W. Diversey in Chicago. Performances begin at 8:00 p.m. today and Saturday nights and at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Each night a new play is performed and is free to the public.
