Taylor Mac to Perform at Space On Ryder Farm in August

SPACE on Ryder Farm will present Taylor Mac's A 24-Decade History of Popular Music: 1986-2016, August 6 & 7 at 7 PM. Music Director Matt Ray will join Mac for the work-in-progress performances, which span three decades from Mac's wildly ambitious, multi-year effort to chart the history of popular music in America, from the nation's founding in 1776 to the present day. Tickets are available for $35 through July 15, and $40 after, at www.spaceonryderfarm.org/calendar/taylor-mac.

59E59 Theaters has announced the lineup of shows for the 2016 Summer Season. Ticket prices range from $12 - $70 ($10 - $49 for 59E59 Members). Tickets for the summer season go on sale to 59E59 Members on June 2 at Noon, and to the general public on June 6 at Noon. Shows in the previously announced 5A Season are on sale now. SPACE on Ryder Farm, the non-profit artist residency program located on Ryder Farm, an idyllic 200 year-old working organic farm in Brewster, New York announced its 2016 season for The Working Farm, Family Residency, Creative Solutions Symposium and Artistic Residency programs at The Players Club. In attendence were Josh Charles, David Bar Katz, Michael Urie, and Marsha Norman, as well as 2016 SPACE residents Cusi Cram, Daisy Foote, Adam Rapp, and recipients of the inaugural Relentless Award--Clare Barron and Sarah DeLappe.

SPACE on Ryder Farm, the non-profit artist residency program located on Ryder Farm, an idyllic 200 year-old working organic farm in Brewster, New York announces its 2016 season for The Working Farm, Family Residency, Creative Solutions Symposium and Artistic Residency programs. 2016 residents include playwrights Adam Bock, Cusi Cram, Daisy Foote, Adam Rapp, J.T. Rogers, Sarah Ruhl, recipients of the inaugural Relentless Award--Clare Barron and Sarah DeLappe--indie folk band Jamestown Revival, Pig Iron Theatre Company, SoHo Rep, and actor and playwright Hamish Linklater.

Pulitzer Prize Winner David Lindsay-Abaire to Join Juilliard as Co-Director of Lila Acheson Wallace American Playwrights Program

James Houghton, Richard Rodgers Director ofJuilliard's Drama Division, announced today that Pulitzer Prize winner David Lindsay-Abaire will join Marsha Normanas new co-director of Juilliard's Lila Acheson Wallace American Playwrights Program, beginning in the fall 2016 semester. Mr. Lindsay-Abaire, an alumnus of the program, will succeed Christopher Durang, who has served as co-director of the program with Ms. Norman since 1994.
