'Ghost in the Machine' is the first play by Mike Leon. Originally produced at Williams College in October, 2010, the play will have its New York premiere October 13 to 23, presented by Theater for the New City in association with The Dead Copycats.

To compensate for shows canceled during Hurricane Irene, Theater for the New City's Dream Up Festival has added the following performances

This weekend continues the run of our Street Theater tour, BAMBOOZLED, or, THE REAL REALITY SHOW. This weekend, we have three performances, beginning on Friday Evening at the Coney Island Boardwalk.

Theater for the New City (Crystal Field, Executive Director), in association with ASOBI NY, presents the Dream Up Festival production of Love Masters, a multimedia performance art play on the journey of a tantric massage, beginning Sunday August 14th and continuing through August 31st only, at Theater for the New City, 155 1st Avenue between 9th and 10th Streets, for nine performances only (see schedule below).

From August 14 to September 4, Theater for the New City (TNC), under the direction of Crystal Field, Artistic Director, will present its second 'Dream Up Festival,' a festival of experimental theater and dance featuring new works from across the country and abroad.

Theater for the New City's award-winning Street Theater Company opens its 35th annual tour August 6 with 'Bamboozled, or The Real Reality Show,' a rip-roaring musical which will tour City streets, parks and playgrounds throughout the five boroughs through September 18.

Theater for the New City, Crystal Field, Executive Artistic Director and Holly-Anne Ruggiero for Impulse Theatre, proudly present a concert reading of THERE'S SOMETHING I NEED TO TELL YOU, the new musical comedy with Book and Lyrics by Robert Stroizer (Editor and Chief, World and Grand) and Music and Lyrics by Barbara Hustedt Crook (Senior Editor, Cosmopolitan) on Monday, June 6th at 7pm at Theatre For A New City.
