Andrew Lloyd Webber recently sat down with unrealitytv.co.uk to chat about his new BBC television talent program 'Over the Rainbow' and talk about what qualities his ideal Dorothy should have.

HOLDING THE MAN, the smash hit Australian production, adapted by Tommy Murphy from Timothy Conigrave's award winning and best selling memoir of the same name, will make its UK debut from 23 April (Press Night 4 May) at Trafalgar Studios 1 in London.

The eighth annual final of the Principality Building Society Welsh Young Musical Theatre Singer Of The Year contest was held at the Swansea Grand Theatre on Saturday February 20. The closely fought contest was adjudicated by an panel of judges consisting of eminent director and drama teacher Ken Caswell, vocal coach Tim Richards, Tim Rhys Evans (musical director of the internationally acclaimed male choir, Only Men Aloud, winners of BBC's Last Choir Standing) and Claire Hammacott (whose West End credits include Les Miserables and Christine in Phantom Of The Opera).

The upcoming reality television show, 'Over the Rainbow,' which will feature a competition to earn the role as of Dorothy in the upcoming West End production of The Wizard of Oz, will feature a judging panel consisting of Andrew Lloyd Webber, John Partridge, Charlotte Church, and Sheila Hancock. The show will be hosted by British star Graham Norton.

Auditions began this weekend for the next star of the West End, as Andrew Lloyd Webber launched his search for the next Dorothy in his upcoming production of the Wizard of Oz.
