Stage and screen star Ellen Greene is set to join te cast of CBS' The Young and the Restless, beginning January 7. Greene will star as Primrose, who acts as a person from Billy and Victoria Abbott's past.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the nominees for the 37th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards. This marks the first time any daytime drama has chronicled a transgender coming out story.
